2. Services

Pro Catering provides catering services for events including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Orders and Payments

• All catering requests must be submitted through our website or by contacting us directly
• Orders are not confirmed until approved by Pro Catering
• Pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed upon order approval
• Payment terms will be provided with your quote
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking

4. Booking Requirements

• Minimum Order: All catering orders must meet a minimum of $500
• Advance Booking: All orders must be placed at least 10 days before the event date
• Date Changes: Event dates can be modified through your dashboard, but only if there are at least 10 days before your currently scheduled event. The new date must also be at least 10 days in the future

These requirements ensure we can properly prepare, source quality ingredients, and schedule appropriate staffing for your event.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is based on how far in advance you cancel:

• Cancellations made 10+ days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-9 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

We take food safety seriously and follow all health regulations. However, clients are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens due to potential cross-contamination.

7. Liability

Pro Catering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific event.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
