Can I change my event date after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can modify your event date from your dashboard, but only if there are at least 10 days before your currently scheduled event. The new date must also be at least 10 days in the future. This policy ensures we have adequate time to prepare and adjust our schedules for your event.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 10+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 3-9 days before receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event. We understand that plans change, so please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
